Practice for Performance

Focus on your general conditioning, mobility, strength and endurance on the wall.  Dedicated practice and considerations for training. Aimed at climbers of all levels, however most applicable for climbers with some experience who have been through a skills course already.

  • 2 week course – 2 hours per session
  • Maximum 10 people per course
  • Cost is $60 for 2 weeks
  • Energy Systems:
    • Strength work on the wall – drills!!!!
    • Local muscular endurance for climbing
    • Increased, structured volume and intensity
